I can count 3-4 seconds, and the left side bud just disappear from the screen, and obviously not sound in the left side bud.Leave the case open. -Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white. -Release the system button. -The LED indicator light will continue to flash white, which means that you can pair your Powerbeats Pro with your iPhone, Mac, Android device, or other device again.My beats solo pros won’t go into pairing mode or factory restart. It’s completely charged so it can’t be a charging issue. I tried doing both my phone and laptop to see if the issue was my phone and not the beats. It did pair once, but it was on my sisters phone, however after that one pairing it would not work anymore. Any recommendations? .
